John Wilson's sentencing delayed

MS patient John Wilson's medical marijuana sentencing in Somerset County Court in Somerville, NJ has been postponed from Friday, Feb. 19, 201 due to the judge's "personal
emergency." While the date is not yet set, we expect the sentencing to be sometime in March, 2010.

    Any new updates on the ATC regs and application process, I saw mention earlier about regs being drawn up in April. Any more word or info about that?
