ACR 151, sponsored by Assemblyman Gusciora, will also be heard on Monday, Nov. 8th. This hearing will take place in the Assembly Regulatory Oversight and Gaming Committee at 2:00 pm in Committee Room 13, 4th Floor of the Statehouse. ACR 151 / SCR 130 determines that the proposed program rules are inconsistent with the legislative intent of the Compassionate Use Act.
A Senate committee will hear the matching resolution the same day.
